The professional veterinary team at Animal Medical Center is excited to announce a new partnership with Dr. Quinley Koch, owner of Elite Quine Veterinary Services. Quinley is a chiropractic and acupuncture expert that will now be serving AMC’s clients on the first and third Mondays of each month. Dr. Koch lives in Valley Center, Kansas and travels to clinics all over the regional providing expert level care to large and small animals alike.

“AMC started offering chiropractic and acupuncture services several years ago with a commitment to the latest technology and methodology available to the veterinary industry,” says Dr. Nels Lindberg, owner of Animal Medical Center. “We stand behind this commitment, and are excited to welcome Quinley’s expertise to our team.”

Quinley grew up in the Wichita area before attending Fort Hays State University to earn a degree in animal science. While she was there, she was a member of their rodeo team for four years. She then attended Texas A&M and earned a Masters of Agriculture in Animal Science, studying equine nutrition and equine exercise physiology. She graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 2010 and then did a year-long internship at the Interstate Equine in Oklahoma. After a year of practicing in New Mexico, she moved back to Kansas to start her company, Elite Equine Veterinary Services.

Dr. Quinley is IVCA certified in animal chiropractic and will soon take her international exam to become IVAS certified in animal acupuncture. In addition to consulting for dozens of clinics and horse shows around the Midwest, she also teaches a distance-learning program course for Colby Community College in their Vet Tech program. Quinley's work with horse therapy has been published in the American Quarter Horse Association (AQHA) magazine and other equine publications. In her spare time, Quinley enjoys running barrels, working out, and jeeping with her husband, Lance.

Animal Medical Center offers full-service small and large animal care including vaccinations, spay and neuter surgeries, acupuncture, animal chiropractic, ultrasound diagnostics, cold laser therapy, surgical laser, digital x-ray, endoscopy, regenerative medicine (stem cell therapy), all aspects of bovine and equine medicine, surgery, consultation, and much more.
